How will I get the cards?

All orders ship via Singapore Post.

How soon can I get the cards?

You should receive your cards approximately 5 business days after you place your order.

Can I self-collect my order?

Unfortunately no. Our production facility is not setup for self-collection.

STORED VALUE

What is the stored value in the card? There is no stored value in the card. How can I add stored value to my cards? You can topup your cards at any NETS FlashPay topup location.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final and no refunds will be given. Exchange requests for defective cards will be accepted within seven (7) working days of delivery date.

You acknowledge that this is your sole remedy and you will not be entitled to any damages or compensation whatsoever.
